Returns and Exchanges

We would rather prevent a return than process one. Before you confirm an order, we are happy to share additional photographs, a natural-light video and any detail about fabric, finish or measurements that matters to your decision.

If a piece reaches you damaged, or clearly does not match the photographs and information provided, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photographs. We will review it with you and resolve it fairly.

Pieces that have been used, washed, altered or stitched cannot be returned or exchanged.
